The Ridgeline Owners Club Billet Door Sills are machined from clear hard coat anodized 6061-T6 surgical grade aluminum billet. Our CNC machining center cuts an exact duplicate of the OEM plastic door sills that come on your Ridgeline. They are then sent to our powder-coating supplier for a triple-pass black wrinkle finish or clear powder coating process that is used on sailboat components which helps to make them impervious to road salts and normal wear & tear. They come ready to install with 3M Waterproof Automotive Double Stick Adhesive Strips.
Our standard “Ridgeline Logo” matches nicely with the rest of the floor pattern and run $110.00 per four piece set.
We also offer our custom one-of-a-kind door sill sets with customer requests for engraving starting at $130.00 and go up from there dependant on the complexity of engraving. We have been successful in reducing the machine cycle and pricing from our powder-coating supplier. What this translates to you is the same high aerospace type quality at a substantial cost savings.
When you order your custom made, one of a kind engraved set, we will send you a jpg file of your artwork for approval. When they meet your requirements I will commence writing the CNC program and they will be machined the following Saturday. After which you may paypal my email address and I will post photos of your finished works.
They are simply stunning and add that special individual touch of interior class to your Ridgeline. Currently, we have been able to turn a set in about two to three weeks. These units are currently machined on the weekends and I do the programming during the week. The powder-coating supplier’s cycle time varies with their workload so I am fully dependant on his schedule as well.
